As quoted by the club's official Twitter account, Nottingham Forest star Ben Osborn has issued a message of warning to Derby County that the Reds are raring to go.

The Championship returns this weekend and with it comes a cracking game between Derby County and Nottingham Forest at Pride Park.

A game that always has plenty of pride at stake, both sides know that a win will see them above the other in the table come full-time.

Forest go into the game ahead of the Rams, though, and Osborn has warned his opponents that the Reds are more than ready for action this Sunday afternoon:

The young star has started well this season and knows what it means to play in these games so he's bound to be drumming that into the other Reds players.

They cannot let the expectation and pressure get to them, though, and with the atmosphere set to be more than hostile towards them, it's going to be a game for cool-heads.

Forest come into the game on the back of a win over Sheffield United, though, and so they'll hope to carry on their winning streak here.

The Verdict

Osborn might still be a young player but he's well versed in what it means to play for Forest and will also be well aware of what a game with Derby means.

He certainly seems up for it and he reckons the rest of the Reds' squad is too so it'll be up to Derby to make sure they match them for commitment and desire.
