Nottingham Forest are the big spenders of the summer so far in the Championship with the Reds seemingly having an open cheque book as they look to seal a return to the top flight.

Signings like Diogo Goncalves and Joao Carvalho have got the Forest fans in high spirits, and it looks like more will follow in the coming weeks as Aitor Karanka puts together a team which could well challenge in the upper echelons of the second tier.

The Reds will be hoping that their gamble pays off, and will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of last season's league winners, Wolves.

However, we at FLW think even more talent could come through the City Ground door, and one player we think they should target is Everton forward Ademola Lookman, who is valued at a whopping £10.7m by Transfermarkt.

The pacey former Charlton man spent last season in Germany with RB Leipzig, impressing in the main and getting some valuable experience he will be hoping can improve his game on his return to England.

However,  a season in the Championship would not be the end of the world, and with Wolves adding so many quality players, there is no reason to believe they cannot make a move for a forward like Lookman.

Quick, tricky, and with a keen eye for goal, Lookman would be a superb addition for Forest if Karanka can indeed sort out a deal.

Reds fans, would you take Lookman? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
