Nottingham Forest are preparing a loan move for Manchester United forward Nick Powell, according to SportsMole.
The 20-year-old forward is set to leave Old Trafford before the end of the summer transfer window, with Nottingham Forest set to move for him.
Powell spent last season on-loan at Sky Bet Championship outfit Wigan Athletic, and the England under-21 international impressed at the DW Stadium.
The former Crewe Alexandra player scored seven goals in 32 appearances for the Latics.
Forest manager Stuart Pearce knows Powell well having managed the forward for the England under-21 international team.
Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has a sizeable task of rejuvenating the squad he inherited from the sacked David Moyes, however Powell does not seem to be part his plans.
