Tyler Walker put the icing on the cake for Nottingham Forest on Saturday night as the 23-year-old stepped off the bench to seal all three points for the Reds with a 94th minute goal against Leeds United.

The result sees the City Ground side increase the pressure on the Whites and West Brom in second and first place respectively, with Sabri Lamouchi's side now just five points off top spot.

As for Walker, the striker was only recently recalled from his loan spell at Lincoln City last month and the young forward has already gone some way towards repaying his manager's faith with such a crucial goal.

After notching an impressive 16 goals on loan in League One with Lincoln, Walker will now be seeking to carry his form to the City Ground as Lamouchi looks for the striker to provide some much needed support to Lewis Grabban up top for the Reds.

Walker only broke through for Forest in the 2014/2015 season and has since spent time on loan at Burton Albion, Stevenage, Port Vale, Bolton Wanderers and Mansfield Town before making his temporary move to Lincoln this summer.

He will now be seeking to add to his record of 40 first team appearances for Forest as the side seeks to break into the automatic promotion spots and subsequently secure a return to the top flight for the first time since 1999.

Meanwhile, Walker will be seeking to add to his career goal tally of 56 in over 150 games over the next few months of his side's Championship campaign.
