Nottingham Forest midfielder Jack Colback insists that the Reds have 'nothing to fear' when they travel to take on Brentford this afternoon.

The Bees have got off to a decent start, collecting ten points from their opening five games.

However, only two of those games have been at Griffin Park, with Dean Smith's men winning both games, scoring seven goals and conceding just one.

Despite acknowledging Forest face a good side, Colback reckons the unbeaten East Midlands side have every right to be confident as they look to extend their unbeaten run.

"Brentford will pass and probe and we will have to be ready for that. It will be a tough game like it always is but we are confident, we are unbeaten and we have nothing to fear," he told the official site.

"The unbeaten run has got to be looked at as a positive. We look hard to beat now."

Even though they haven't lost this season, it has been a slightly frustrating for Forest as they've drawn four of their five league games.

The Verdict

You can understand Colback's confidence, although, as he realises, it's a very tough game for the Reds against a Brentford side that are excellent at home.

However, Forest have a hugely talented squad on paper and have shown fighting qualities so far this season which bodes well.

Now, it's about getting wins on the board and everyone connected with the club will hope for three points in London today.
