Nottingham Forest fan guide: What dates are the EFL Championship play-off semi-finals and final? What time will the kick-offs be?

Nottingham Forest have had a very successful season under the management of Steve Cooper.

They currently sit fifth in the league and their place in the play-offs looks secure which will see them battling to try and gain promotion to the Premier League.

Considering they have overcome Premier League sides Arsenal and Leicester City during their FA Cup run this season, Forest will be hoping they have the chance to prove they can produce quality against teams of this standard every week.

Their FA Cup run has given the side some games in hand meaning they have five games left to play this season but given the fact they beat West Brom 4-0 on Monday, they will no doubt be going into these games with confidence as they hope to get as many points as they can from their remaining games.

Not only will this secure their position in the play-offs, but it will also give them great momentum to take into these games as they fight for promotion.

What dates are the EFL Championship play-off semi-finals and final?

Each semi-final takes place across two legs meaning Forest will have two 90 minutes to get to Wembley.

The semi-final first leg dates are Friday 13th May and Saturday 14th May with the second legs being played through the week after on Monday 16th May and Tuesday 17th May.

As it stands, Nottingham Forest are fifth in the league so if that’s where they finish the season they will play on the 14th and 17th May against the team who finish fourth which is currently Luton Town.

The final takes place on Sunday 29th May at Wembley Stadium as always.

What time will the kick-offs be?

The semi-final on the 13th May kicks-off at 7:45pm whilst the game on the 14th kicks-off at 3pm.

Both of the semi-final second legs kick-off at 7:45pm as they are midweek games.

As it stands, Forest would be playing at 3pm and then 7:45pm on the second leg.

The final kicks-off at 4:30pm.
