Nottingham Forest have confirmed the appointment of Stuart Pearce as their new manager.
The former England under-21 manager is set to be unveiled in a press conference this lunchtime.
The 51 year-old initially rejected the chance to take over the helm at the City Ground, but re-opened talks with Forest chairman Fawaz Al Hasawi and decided to take the job.
Pearce spent 12 years as a player at the club and will take control of the position from July 1st.
Gary Brazil is to take over the remaining seven games of the season for Forest, who are aiming to regain a position in the play-off spots.
