Nottingham Forest’s caretaker manager Gary Brazil has outlined two major roles that new appointment Frank McParland is concentrating on, as reported by the Nottingham Forest official Twitter account.
Frank McParland, formerly of Glasgow Rangers, arrived at Nottingham Forest recently, sparking excitement amongst fans given his vast experience in the game.
McParland has been appointed as Director of Football at Nottingham Forest and interim manager Gary Brazil has confirmed two of his main roles.
Speaking in his press conference ahead of the clash with Burton Albion this weekend, Brazil revealed:
“With Frank coming in, a big part of his role will be the new contracts.”
Brazil has claimed that McParland is working hard on new contracts and that he is also looking at recruitment and bringing new players in.
Nottingham Forest are currently five points clear of the relegation zone in the Championship but they are looking ahead to the future with the appointment of McParland.
