Alanyaspor are ready to make a €1.5million offer for Nottingham Forest target Filip Krovinovic, according to A Bola.

Krovinovic spent the second half of this season on loan at the City Ground from Benfica, having spent the previous 18 months at West Bromwich Albion.

The Croatian made 19 appearances under Chris Hughton in the Championship, scoring one goal and registering two assists for the Reds.

Forest are reportedly keen to negotiate another loan deal for Krovinovic, though, as Hughton looks to strengthen his squad ahead of next season.

But the Reds have a fight on their hands if they wish to get him back, with the attacking midfielder attracting interest from Turkey.

According to A Bola, Turkish side Alanyaspor are ready to make a €1.5million offer for Krovinovic, who has two years left on his current deal at Benfica.

Krovinovic hasn't played for Benfica since March 2019, joining West Brom on loan for the 2019/20 campaign as they won promotion from the Championship.

The Verdict

For around €1.5million, Forest have to be joining the race for Krovinovic on a permanent basis.

He didn't really set the world alight this season, but he looked a tidy midfielder who never really managed to add goals or assists to his game.

He is a good link-up option, though, and with Forest looking to replace James Garner who was on loan, I could see Krovinovic playing in a slightly deeper role in midfield.

He's still at a good age, and for just over €1million, it would be a bargain of a signing.
