Sheffield Wednesday boss Jos Luhukay has enjoyed a positive start to life at Hillsborough and has already had a big impact on the team.
From his very first game, a goalless draw in the Steel City derby, you could see that the former Gladbach coach had installed a resilience and organisation in the side that had been missing towards the end of the Carlos Carvalhal era.
Perhaps more importantly, the 3-5-2 formation the Owls have adopted also seems to suit the players in the squad too.
Yet, what’s more impressive is that Luhukay has made this start during a remarkable injury crisis. The Owls have been missing up to a dozen players in the past few weeks, with the majority all vital players.
Thankfully, it is beginning to clear up now though. That, combined with the arrival of a few new signings have given fans a more optimistic outlook for the remainder of the season and what the future holds.
However, with such a big squad when everyone is fit, there are a few players who need to leave the Yorkshire club and here we look at two men who could be off.
