Relegation-threatened Nottingham Forest salvaged a point in additional time against rivals Derby County in what was Mark Warburton's first game in charge at the City Ground.

The only injury concern ahead of the anticipated fixture was that Forest would be without right-back Eric Lichaj, meanwhile Chris Cohen would return to the starting eleven having been doubtful before hand.

January signing and in-form man Zach Clough found himself in acres of space inside the area to hit it into the back of the net, giving the hosts an advantage.

It would be Nottingham Forest who went into the break on the upper hand but Derby came full guns blazing in the second half as goals from Matej Vydra and David Nugent put the visitors ahead inside the first ten minutes following the interval.

Although it would be Forest with the final say in the outcome of the game as Daniel Pinillos powerfulled diverted his header past the goalkeeper to make sure the points were shared.

That result does mean Warburton's team sit one point outside of the relegation zone (as of writing this) - here is how their fans reacted on Twitter following the full-time whistle....
