Norwich’s Surman signs for Bournemouth

AFC Bournemouth have agreed to sign Andrew Surman from Norwich City, the Bournemouth Echo has revealed.
The 28-year-old has agreed on a three-year deal with the Cherries and will undergo a medical this evening.
It is understood that the fee bringing Surman to Dean Court is in the region of £550,000.
The midfielder spent last season on loan with Bournemouth, making 35 appearances as the club had a successful debut season in the Championship.
After impressing in that spell, manager Eddie Howe added Surman to his list of priority transfer targets, and it now seems he has got his man.
It becomes the former Southampton player’s third spell with the Cherries – after a first loan spell in 2004.
He then went on to play for Wolves before signing for Norwich in 2010, making over 50 appearances.
