Norwich City earned themselves a hard-fought point last time out in the Sky Bet Championship as they drew at West Brom.

This evening, then, they face a Birmingham side that is looking to make ground on the play-off places above them.

Ahead of the clash, we caught up with Richard Voisey from City of Yellows to talk all things Canaries as usual...

1. A solid point away at West Brom last weekend, what can the Canaries take from that game?

It's now four games since City won in the league which is a bit concerning. Having said that most City fans would have taken a point before the start of the game.

West Brom have strength in depth and possess proven firepower so to equalise from a goal down was worthy of praise.

The defence and keeper put in a great shift to restrict Albion to one goal. We will consider the result a success if three points are secured on Friday night at home to Birmingham.

2. Jordan Rhodes scored and said he is happy at the club - is he someone you'd like to sign permanently?

Definitely, Jordan has been superb from start to finish whilst on loan.

I do feel sorry for him not getting enough pitch time. A reluctance to play two up front and with the impressive Teemu Pukki producing the goods up front, Rhodes has to either impress in cup games, cover injuries or late substitution appearances.

He is really appreciated by the fans and always says the right stuff in interviews to drive home the team game attitude.

3. Norwich get the chance to play before the other promotion contenders this weekend - do you believe this gives a side an advantage or, in fact, is a hindrance?

The players' attitude will be of an advantage to the club. If they can produce a victory against tough opponents in Brum who are moving in the right direction, hopefully the pressure will be with the sides playing catch up 24 hours later.

4. Norwich and Birmingham played out an entertaining game on the opening day - but what do the Yellows need to change to get the three points this time?

Having not won in recent games there are rumblings in the City about making selection changes based on recent performances.

There is debate about the best centre half combinations as all four, Hanley, Zimmerman, Klose and Godfrey are fit and available for the first time in ages. Some suggest that Ben Godfrey could play as a holding midfielder.

Does the attacking benefits of Vrancic outweigh his defensive weaknesses and can Jordan Rhodes be accommodated into the starting line up?

Kenny McLean set up the equaliser from the bench against WBA having returned from long term injury and could come in for Cantwell who looks like he might need a rest to recharge his batteries.

5. Score prediction

A 2-0 home victory to get the wheels well and truly back on the promotion road.
