Norwich City are absolutely flying and are enjoying their best run of form under Daniel Farke since he arrived at the club.

They currently sit top of the Championship having won their last five straight matches and nine of their last eleven to put them in an incredibly strong position.

Many of Farke's summer signings have been to thank for this revival with Teemu Pukki and Jordan Rhodes both grabbing the goals at the top, Emiliano Buendia creating them and Tim Krul proving a solid presence between the sticks.

But there is one summer recruit who may well be regretting his decision to move to Carrow Road.

Who?

Last season saw Millwall produce one of the best runs of form in English football as they went unbeaten between the turn of the year to within a few weeks of the end of the season.

One player who shone in that side was Wolves loanee Ben Marshall.

He was a revelation on the left-wing for the Lions, contributing three goals and six assists as the club narrowly missed out on the top-six.

It was his industrious work-rate that really endeared himself to the Den. Harris's side was built on their tight organisation and their hard work. It was the perfect side for Marshall.

Since joining Norwich, however, those abilities have gone to waste.

He signed a four-year deal at Carrow Road in the summer after the club agreed a £1.5million fee with Wolves but has only made five appearances so far assisting just one goal.

When he has played he has largely been used as a right-back which is not his best-suited position.

Marshall obviously thought he was above the Lions in the summer when he opted for East Anglia over London in the summer, but he isn't. In fact he is a perfect fit.

He should swallow his pride and push for at least a loan move back to the Den.
