Norwich City host Wigan Athletic tomorrow, looking to build on some impressive early season form.

They're tucked into the middle of the pack, placed eleventh at present, just two points behind their opponents and just three points away from third-placed West Brom.

In a tight Championship table, the next few weeks will separate those with promotion ambitions and those likely to be marooned in mid table, making a home game against rivals as critical as they come.

They'll be facing the Latics with a clean bill of health, as confirmed in a club tweet released just after lunch today. They confirmed there were no fresh injury concerns ahead of the game, meaning that only two longer-term injuries are likely to affect them.

It means Alex Tettey and Todd Cantwell are available for selection, despite missing out in midweek against Wycombe. Kenny McLean and Onel Hernandez are likely to miss the game, although Ben Marshall got some Under 23 minutes recently and is in contention to face Paul Cook's side.

The Verdict

It is a critical time for Norwich, with Wigan to be followed by Derby, Stoke and Nottingham Forest. All four of those sides would expect to be fighting in the top ten.

If the Canaries can bring seven points away from those four games, it would be a serious signal of intent.
