Championship side Norwich City are vying a move for Liverpool winger Sergi Canos, according to the Express.
The Canaries are £11 million richer this week after selling star man Nathan Redmond to Southampton following their relegation from the Premier League, despite the Saints currently being without a manager.
They’re now eyeing up Spanish sensation Sergi Canos of Liverpool, who is currently in a contract spat with the Merseyside club as he demands wages of £10,000 a week, which goes against club policy.
It could mean he leaves permanently after a season long spell at Brentford where he impressed, scoring seven goals and making four assists.
It’s believed a bid of £2.5 million would be enough to prise him away from Jurgen Klopp’s side, who brought him in from Barcelona in 2013.
They’re not the only team chasing the 19-year-old, however, with Brentford, Bristol City and Reading also keen, although Norwich clearly have the greatest spending power of the four.
