Norwich City are considering a move for Birmingham's Che Adams in the summer after his superb season in the Championship.

The Blues striker hit his 22nd goal of the season as Garry Monk's men beat Leeds and a departure from St. Andrew's seems inevitable in the summer.

A host of Premier League sides have been credited with an interest in the player and The Sun are reporting that the Canaries are keeping tabs along with the likes of Southampton, Everton and Burnley.

The former Sheffield United man was recently nominated for Championship Player of the Year, although he lost out on the award to the Yellows' Teemu Pukki.

Obviously, a move to Carrow Road would depend on Daniel Farke's men securing promotion but that seems a certainty after another great weekend for the Canaries.

They made it eight wins in a row with a resounding victory over QPR at the weekend and the gap to third increased to eight points - thanks to Adams' goal which saw off Leeds.

That has left them in a commanding position with six games to go, with Reading next up for Norwich tomorrow night.

The Verdict

Adams has been superb this season and he will be playing in the Premier League next season and you'd have to say he'd be an ideal signing for Norwich.

He would give them a real presence up top and could combine well with the classy Pukki.

Farke will need to strengthen his squad and in today's market £15m for Adams, who is only 22-years-old, could be a great bit of business.
