Norwich City boss Neil Adams has said that he is aware that Blackpool could pull a surprise against his team tomorrow.
Blackpool will look to end a nine match run without a win and put a halt to Norwich’s promotion run.
Despite Jose Riga only inheriting eight contracted players in the summer, Neil Adams has dismissed talk of a mismatch.
Adams said to the Norfolk Eastern Daily Press: “We’ve had them watched quite a lot and the reports we’ve had suggest they are better than those results.
“I’ve spoken to Joe Royle, who has seen them four times I think this season in his various roles, and he said, ‘Look, they have two points, they are down in the relegation zone, but they are better than that.’
“Like any team in this division they are more than capable of causing us a problem or two if we let it, as we discovered at Cardiff and for brief spells at Brentford, but we showed when we put our foot to the floor what we are capable of.
“That will be the same on Saturday. We know it will be tough and they will be organised and playing for their first victory but we are playing for three points to stay near the top of the table.”
