Charlton Athletic forward Macauley Bonne has this week been linked with a move to the Premier League.

The 24-year-old joined Charlton in the summer from National League winners Leyton Orient. He scored 45 league goals in his last two seasons there and was expecting to be more of a back-up striker under Lee Bowyer this season.

But after Lyle Taylor became injured earlier in the season, Bonne was thrown straight into the starting line-up and in 14 Championship appearances this season, Bonne has scored six times.

He's popped up with some important ones for Bowyer and now it's attracted some Premier League interest, with Newcastle United and Leicester City said to be interest.
