Nottingham Forest manager Martin O'Neill only has a few days left of the transfer window to decide on the comings and goings within his squad, as he looks to get his side back into play-off contention.

One decision O'Neill has made is to allow Monaco winger Gil Dias to end his loan spell at the City Ground and move to Greek side Olympiakos.

So should O'Neill be looking for another winger to replace Dias?

We discuss.....

Gary Hutchinson

“No, they have Appiah

“Dias was only coming off the bench and playing small roles, Appiah can do that.

“They need to trust in their own youth. They’ve got a good academy at Forest.

“But that is only valuable if the first team chances come.”

Louie Chandler

"I don't think so.

"For the majority of his time at the club it was like he was not even there and they coped adequately.

"Osborn, Lolley, Cash and Appiah have more than enough between them to be a success out wide."

Jacob Potter

"I don’t think it’s a necessity.

"Forest already have a number of players that can fill the void by Dias, with the likes of Arvin Appiah already showcasing his exciting potential.

"O’Neill should rely on what he has already, as Dias wasn’t a regular in the Forest side, so Appiah should be given a chance now."

Jay Taylor

“Forest have about ten players for every position, and a young maverick in Arvin Appiah that they could call upon.

“Singing another player should be the least of Martin O’Neill’s worries – he has a team of a tonne of players, so signings are not necessary.

“Dias was a loan that promised so much but delivered so little.

“His departure will not be missed and an addition is not needed, under any circumstance.”

Alfie Burns

“They don’t desperately need one, but I can see O’Neill targeting one.

“It’s got to be someone that improves the side, though.

“There’s been too much focus on quantity over quality at Forest and that’s got to change.”
