No-brainer: Fans have their say on whether Wolves star should go to the World Cup

Wolves have had a superb season, sealing promotion to the top flight after storming to the Championship title.

And one man who has been instrumental in their success is Ruben Neves.

The 21-year-old has been at heart of everything Wolves have done well, helping to protect their defence with dominant displays in holding midfield while also contributing with several spectacular strikes.

An incredible season for Neves saw the youngster nominated for the EFL Championship Player of the Year, although he was pipped to the accolade by Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon.

Big things are expected for the Wolves starlet in the Premier League and Liverpool have also registered an interest in his services.

This highlights just how good Neves has been in the Championship for Wolves so far.

But can the Portugal international add to his five international caps this summer at the World Cup?

With an overwhelming majority of 93% voting in favour of Neves getting a place in Portugal’s World Cup squad, it is a real testament to just how good the youngster has been in the Wolves midfield.
