It's been a strong season for West Brom in the Championship this season under the management of Slaven Bilic.

The Baggies are currently sat second in the Championship table with just nine games remaining this term, and they hold a six-point lead over third-placed Fulham heading towards the conclusion of this year's campaign.

However, West Brom recently lost top-spot in the second tier standings, and are currently winless in their last two matches, which will be frustrating for the club's supporters.

With recent off-the-field events bringing an abrupt halt to the sporting calendar, Bilic will be looking to find a winning formula for when they return to action.

We look at NINE free agents that are still available to West Brom if they wanted to look into that market before the season gets back underway.

Find out who they are, on the next page....

Sankharé's last spell in football was with French side Bordeaux, but his time at the club concluded in 2019.

He can operate in midfield, and on the left side of the pitch, and could be a versatile option for Slaven Bilic to have in his squad for the remaining nine games of this season.

Van La Parra has been without a club since early April when his spell with Serbian giants Red Star Belgrade came to an end.

He has previously been on the books with Yorkshire rivals Huddersfield Town, and could certainly add some much-needed depth to the West Brom squad in the future.

Carroll has been without a club since the end of January when his time with Swansea City came to an end.

He's previously played for both Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur, and would be a more than good enough option for a number of Championship sides if he can stay fit, with injuries hindering his development in recent years.

Mikel has been a free agent since cutting short his contract with Turkish side Trabzonspor due to recent off-the-field events.

He has experience of playing in the Championship as well, having previously played for Middlesbrough.

Doumbia made a name for himself with the likes of CSKA Moscow and Roma, but has also had a spell in England with Newcastle United.

He offers frightening pace going forward, and would certainly add something different to the West Brom team if he was to lead the line for Slaven Bilic's side.

Anichebe has been impressive with the likes of Everton and Toronto FC, but has been without a club for a number of years.

The American last played competitive football with Chinese side Beijing Enterprises, but could be a useful option to have in any squad in the Championship as he has a considerable amount of experience under his belt.

Ibarra has spent the majority of his career in South America, but has played in Europe before with Dutch side Vitesse.

He would be a gamble for any side in England though, as he doesn't have any experience of playing in the country, with the Championship being well-known for the fast-paced style.

Strinic has had a hugely impressive playing career, and was most recently with Italian giants AC Milan.

He has also played for Sampdoria and Napoli in the past as well, and he's a more than proven option to have at left-back for any Championship side.

Lukoki had previously played for Bulgarian giants Ludogorets, although that spell came to an end in early April.

The 27-year-old started his career with Ajax, and can play on either wing, and you would imagine that he won't be a free agent for much longer.
