Harry Wilson is attracting interest from three Premier League clubs after his impressive campaign with Derby that has helped them to the play-off final.

That's according to Sky Sports, who claim that Southampton, Newcastle and Brighton are all monitoring the 22-year-old, who is on loan at Pride Park from Liverpool.

They also state that the Rams will be keen on bringing Wilson back to the club next season, although that is only realistic if they can beat Aston Villa in Monday's final.

Liverpool are set to put a £25m price tag on the talented Wales international who has scored 15 goals for Frank Lampard's side in the league this season, with some those memorable strikes from distance.

Therefore, Wilson's final game for the east Midlands outfit could be the game against Villa at Wembley. He is sure to line up in an advanced midfield role for Derby and will no doubt have scouts from several top-flight sides checking his performance.

Derby will start as outsiders for the game, having lost heavily to Dean Smith's side twice in the regular season.

The Verdict

It seems pretty clear that Wilson will be playing in the Premier League next season and it's no surprise to anyone who has seen him in the current campaign.

He has good pace, excellent technique and is a real threat in front of goal with his left-foot.

Derby would love to bring him back but they need to win promotion to stand a chance and even then it would be a big ask given the more established sides who are showing an interest.
