New Leeds United signing Jordan Rolly Botaka can't wait to get started at Leeds United as he tweets about his excitement at the move.

The 22-year-old winger will be hoping to make his impact in the Sky Bet Championship after signing for the West-Yorkshire club from SBV Excelsior.

The exciting winger is also keen to build a rapport with Leeds United fans.

He has already tweeted to show his appreciation for his new fans and he will now be looking to show his quality on the pitch to re-pay the support they have given him.

His dribbling and crossing ability will be the traits that Leeds United fans hope will see him thrive at Elland Road and help the club push towards the upper echelons of the Sky Bet Championship.

Whether or not the signing of Botaka is a risk for the club remains to be seen, as he is unproven in the English game.

But the winger's enthusiasm is clear to see as he looks to transfer his positive attitude into good performances for Leeds' boss Uwe Rosler.

The winger is Leeds' eighth signing of the summer after joining for an undisclosed fee. Botaka established himself as key player at his old club after helping SBV Excelsior get promoted to Eredivisie in his first season at the Dutch club.

However, the new number 20 at Leeds United will be in fierce competition with the likes of Lewis Cook and Tom Adeyemi for a first team place. Whether or not the tricky winger will be in Uwe Rosler's first team plans right at the start of his Leeds career remains to be seen.

After an impressive 2-1 victory at Derby County last time out, Leeds are showing their quality. Botaka will therefore be hoping to fit right into the team and show his talents as the season progresses. His attitude is certainly good enough as he expresses his excitement to be at Leeds United, but will he make his first start this weekend at Brentford? Only time will tell.
