‘Never really given a go’ – Many Nottingham Forest fans react to interest in 30-year-old

Fouad Bachirou could be set to leave Nottingham Forest this summer, with Rosenborg reportedly interested in signing the midfielder.
Bachirou has endured a tough time at the City Ground since joining from Malmo FF on a two-year deal in the summer.
The 30-year-old has spent the majority of the sidelines through injury, and has made only one appearance in the Sky Bet Championship.
Nottingham Forest quiz: Was it Lewis Grabban or Lyle Taylor who have done these 15 things?
Bachirou has made three appearances in all competitions overall and has struggled to make an impact under Chris Hughton.
Ahead of the summer, it is claimed by the Athletic that Rosenborg are showing an interest in the midfielder.
It is hard to see Forest getting in the way of any potential exit for Bachirou, who will only have one year left on his deal the time the summer arrives.
If he were to leave, then it would represent another poor signing made by the club, with summer signings Miguel Guerrero and Nicholas Ioannoua already leaving this season.
Here, we take a look at Forest fans’ reactions to Bachirou’s potential departure…
If we get the opportunity to sell, and Hughton doesn't want him, let Hughton build his own team

The only odd bit is that he was SL final jigsaw piece so you'd think he'd have something about him. Really weird signing, but not as bad as the 'keeper we signed.

Hasnβt really had a chance in the first place be nice to see him have a run of games considering we donβt really have a lot to play for right now

Sell him, another one at the end of his career. Proved to be not good enough this year. Canβt see where he could force his way into the first team.

I don't think hes done a great deal wrong. He looks more than capable of doing a job if he had to step in for an injury in a generally settled team, the 2 games I've seen him play' loads were playing together for the 1st time' not easy that at all…

They'll have to find him first!
