Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa is once again the talk of the Championship this weekend, albeit for different reasons this time out.

His 'spygate' story has dominated the press in recent weeks, but this time out it is his future with the Elland Road club taking centre stage, with the Mirror reporting that Everton could be set to make a move for the Leeds manager.

The Toffees are growing increasingly frustrated at their form under current manager Marco Silva, and there could well be some interest based on the report.

However, would Bielsa really consider going to Everton so early in his tenure at Elland Road, and would the Leeds owners really allow it happen?

We got the thoughts of our writers here at FLW on what they think about Bielsa being linked with a move to Everton...

George Harbey

"Never, ever going to happen.
"Bielsa has devoted too much time and effort into Leeds United, and it’d the most bizarre recognition I’ve ever seen if he did leave.
"If Leeds weren’t doing as well as they are, then maybe."
Gary Hutchinson
“I’d wager this won’t happen. “I understand the interest, but I don’t see him as quitting Leeds. “Why would he? It’s his team, he bought into the challenge. “He might go in the summer, but if they’re promoted nobody can say he hasn’t done what was asked.” Lee Connor "Surely not, but you just never ever know in football. "Bielsa has impressed so many people around the English game that it is little surprise to see him being linked with the Premier League. "I'd like him to see the job through at Leeds though, and i'd be disappointed if he left already".
