West Bromwich Albion produced one of their best performances of the season on Tuesday night, defeating Preston North End by two goals to nil at the Hawthorns.

The Baggies brushed aside top-six contenders Bristol City at the weekend, and they eased past another top-six contender in Preston on Tuesday night.

Slaven Bilic's side took the lead after only six minutes, when Hal Robson-Kanu slotted underneath Declan Rudd after an excellent lofted pass from Callum Robinson.

Robinson and Robson-Kanu combined to double the Baggies' lead just before half-time. Sharp build-up play resulted in Robson-Kanu teeing up Livermore, who volleyed home from the edge of the area.

Robinson, Matheus Pereira and Filip Krovinovic all lit up the Hawthorns on Tuesday night, helping things tick in a free-flowing midfield and creating a handful of chances.

Kamil Grosicki came on as a substitute late on, and he also caused real problems for North End with his electrifying pace down the left-hand side.

This had led to plenty of West Brom fans discussing Grady Diangana, and whether the West Ham United loanee will get back into the team once he returns from injury.

Diangana hasn't featured for the Baggies since the end of January with injury, and if Albion continue to play like they are doing, he will find it hard to break back into the team.

Here, via the WE AM THE BAGGIES page on Facebook, here's what fans had to say...

Karen Blewitt: No u cant replace anyone they all playing well

Mike Smith: He will come back as a substitute. If he makes big impact off the bench then he may force his way back in

Robert Law: What a position to be in! Great players not able to get into the starting eleven

Steven Nurcombe: Robinson and Krovinović doing the Business atm and linking up well with Pereira. You can see that on there faces

Anthony Fisher: Got to be in the squad. If you've got to push krov back next to livermore. Then Robinson pereira diagana behind kanuuuu

Dean Harding: For me he has to start on the bench when he is back fit, the chemistry in the team right now is unbelievable to watch, you can see Robinson, Krov, and Pereira linking so well with HRK! Yes diangana did also but I think it would be harsh to drop anyone right now to make space for him! Don’t change a winning team!

Goff Tudgay: When players are fit you have to play your best players ? Providing they can get back in team in the squad definaltley but they must earn the right.( Best squad for a long time in every position.

Nathan Hickenbotham: He would have to wait for his chance like Hegazi had to do. Never change a side playing well.
