Sabri Lamouchi has had an impressive debut season with Nottingham Forest.

The ex-France international arrived last summer and few expected him to galvanise a Forest side that'd finished in the bottom-half of the Championship in four of the last five seasons.

But he's transformed his side into genuine play-off contenders, and they currently sit in 5th-place of the Championship table.

He's bettered so may players in his side, but some haven't featured as often as others. He's a big squad at his disposal and he's used a lot of different names throughout, yet some big names have been relatively unused.

We asked Nottingham Forest fans of the Facebook group 'Nottingham Forest Supporters Group' who they would've liked to see more of under Lamouchi this season, and a few names sprung up more than once.

The likes of John Bostock and Alex Mighten came up, and so to did Portuguese midfielder Joao Carvalho.

Here's what some of the fans had to say:

John King: Sow too injury prone. Carvalho, but he's off-form. And I would sooner Bostock over Yates any time.

Paul Gilman: I think the squad has been pretty fairly used. That said I think Mighten could have been used a bit more after his impressive performance at Chelsea.

Patrick Smith: Bostock going on recent performances.

Cameron Smith: Semedo meant to be highly-rated but never been given a chance.

Neil Fraser: Bostock.

Raymond Buchanan: Alex Mighten should be involved more.

Bob Jones: Carvalho.
