Neil Warnock sends Cardiff City fans message about their future

Published

on

Neil Warnock has warned Cardiff City fans that things could get worse before they improve, according to a report by BBC Sport.

Warnock has his sights set on progressing up the Championship table but admits that it will be a challenge and fans will have to be patient.

The former Crystal Palace and Sheffield United boss has also mentioned that Cardiff City will be very busy in the January transfer window.

This is hardly surprising news as it is quite clear that Warnock is not happy with his squad.

The 67-year-old added four free agents (Marouane Chamakh, Sol Bamba, Kieran Richardson and Junior Hoilett) within just a week of being appointed manager of Cardiff City.

Warnock says that he has two or three players on his wishlist and some others will be offloaded to free up some funds.

The Cardiff boss believes that the Bluebirds can beat anyone on their day but the upcoming fixtures are difficult on paper so they need to grit their teeth and survive until January.

Cardiff fans – do you agree with Warnock’s views? Do you need to have patience and give him time? Let us know what you think in the comments below…
