Cardiff will be hoping to extend their unbeaten Championship run when they travel to Derby County on Wednesday.

Three of those four matches have been drawn, but it's more than a month since Neil Harris' men were last beaten in the league.

The Bluebirds came from behind to rescue points against both Bournemouth and Middlesbrough at the Cardiff City Stadium in recent days - although the South Wales outfit are still in search of their first home victory of the campaign.

However, on the road, it's been a totally different story for Cardiff, who've already beaten Nottingham and Preston and sit 15th in the Championship standings ahead of their trip to Pride Park.

But the game against Boro might have come at a cost after defender Jordi Osei-Tutu limped out of Saturday's clash with a hamstring problem - with Harris providing an injury update.

He told Cardiff's official website: "Jordi just felt that hamstring again, so we will just have to see how he goes before Derby. It's been a little bit stop-start for him with that, so we will have to make a decision whether he's going to be included. We will see how he goes today basically and make a decision today to whether he travels or not."

Harris was then asked whether there's any chance Joe Bennett could feature at Pride Park. The defender hasn't played since the goalless draw with Blackburn Rovers earlier this month due to a hamstring.

"There's a chance," admitted the Bluebirds boss. "Again, another one that probably needs to be on the training pitch today so see how he goes. We will make a decision this morning."

Do you remember which club Cardiff City signed these 15 players from?

The Verdict

Harris' Cardiff are just beginning to build some momentum after a poor start, and with a clutch of games upcoming, he'll need everyone available for selection.

Osei-Tutu has started impressively following his season-long loan move from Arsenal, whilst Bennett remains one of the best left-backs in the Championship - meaning the Bluebirds boss will be desperate for them both to be available for Derby and then moving forward.
