Cardiff City rescued a point last night as they came from behind to draw with Sheffield Wednesday.

The Bluebirds were behind when Owls defender Julian Borner diverted a Kadeem Harris shot into the goal, but a late Lee Tomlin free-kick ensured that Neil Warnock's men at least left the game with a share of the spoils.

The free-kick being awarded in the first place caused Owls manager Garry Monk to complain, as did the antics of Aden Flint, who jumped around in an offside position to seemingly out off goalkeeper, Cameron Dawson.

However, that's not to take anything away from the quality Tomlin showed in his execution of the set-piece, as he curled it beautifully into the bottom corner.

Tomlin has not had many starts under Warnock, but after rescuing his team last night there was a number of Cardiff fans who took to Twitter to call for Tomlin to be given more chances.

We at FLW looked a bit closer at just what the Cardiff fans had to say about Tomlin's showing...
