‘Needs to go’ – Plenty of Swansea fans are not happy with one man after Bournemouth draw

It was a mixed night for Swansea City on Tuesday, as they could only draw 0-0 with early season promotion rivals Bournemouth at The Liberty Stadium.
In the end, it was the visitor who enjoyed the majority of the chances, although neither side was unable to find a breakthrough come the end of the match, much to the frustration of those watching on.
The fact that Swansea struggled to really threaten the Bournemouth goal will potentially have been something of a concern to the club’s supporters, and one player whose performance came in for particular scrutiny as those fans took to Twitter after the match, was Viktor Gyokeres.
Having been brought on with 16 minutes remaining in the game, the on loan Brighton man once again struggled to make an impact upfront for Steve Cooper’s side, and he has now failed to score in ten appearances for the club.
That is something that has seemingly not gone unnoticed by Swansea fans in the wake of his latest performance, with many far from impressed with the Swede’s latest showing.
Here, we take a look at what some of those supporters had to say about the 22-year-old.
@SwansOfficial announce gyokeres going back to Brighton.

#swans Gyokeres had 5 touches of the ball in 20 minutes and lost the ball 3 times. He woke up feeling dangerous.

@LampteyEra take gyokeres back I beg😭

I’d agree. Palmer gives us much more especially with ball retention and ball carrying. Gyokeres struggled again, he’s gotta go back in January. Waste of a loan. Bidwell dropped off a little too which is worrying. I’m dying for a formation change

@SwansOfficial Gyokeres needs to go back to Brighton ,spend the cash on someone else , he’s not for me sadly

I am starting to think that maybe Viktor Gyokeres might not be the answer to our problems
