Vital Plymouth Argyle is reporting that winger Nathan Thomas has signed a new contract with the club.

Although there is no official confirmation from Plymouth, 19-year-old Thomas confirmed the news on his Twitter profile.

“Signed off all the paper this morning… Nathan’s coming home to plymouth#pafc #greenarmy #playoffpush”

Thomas spent two years with Sunderland youth academy but never made a first-team appearance for the Black Cats. He was loaned out to Darlington 1883 and the deal was made permanent later that season.

He joined the Pilgrims in 2013 after just four appearances for Darlo.
