Luke Ayling was a man on a mission for Leeds United pre-postponement, with the right-back’s form dragging Marcelo Bielsa’s side top of the table and on the brink of a Premier League return.
Leeds had endured a tough start to 2020, but on the back of an emotional evening in Nottingham, Ayling put his best foot forward to inspire the Whites.
In five appearances, Ayling struck three goals, as well as helping Bielsa’s side on a six-match unbeaten run and, more importantly, chalked up five clean sheets.
Over his four seasons with Leeds, Ayling has established himself as one of the Championship’s best right-backs, with Bielsa enhancing his attacking game since arriving in Leeds.

Recently, @AllLeedsHQ put the question to the Leeds fans whether Ayling would be good enough for the Premier League should the club get there, with many responding by predicting big things for the 28-year-old in the Premier League.
Here is a look at the reaction…
I'm not sure but he deserves a chance like a few others. Personally I feel players have to be more technical in the prem and Leeds have 5 or 6 who are good enough but we will need 5 or 6 additions.

He’ll be in the England squad by Feb

Without a doubt. I definitely think he's good enough.

Quiz: Have these 15 current Leeds United players been capped at international level? – Yes or no?
I genuinely believe our entire squad could step up.
There are 1 or 2 towards the end of their careers and may not hack the pace but more than capable of doing a job.
