Plenty of  Wales fans will have been left feeling delighted last night as they saw their national side secure qualification for Euro 2020 with a relatively comfortable 2-0 win over Hungary at the Cardiff City Stadium.

A double strike from Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey put the Hungarian's defensive resilience to the sword to take the national side through to next summer's showpiece tournament.

Swansea City fans will have no doubt had their eye kept firmly on the action last night, with 24-year-old full-back Connor Roberts starting at right-back for his country in what was only his 16th cap for Wales.

The young full-back has been in strong form for the Liberty Stadium outfit this term, making 14 Championship appearances, whilst also contributing two assists.

It was perhaps unsurprising to see the youngster take to Twitter to celebrate last night's victory, with many of the Swansea faithful being quick to congratulate the academy graduate on his achievements via social media.
