Wolves have already completed their first signing of the transfer window, and with more to come they've taken to selling another one of their fringe players. 

Wolverhampton Wanderers have been superb this season, as the Portuguese influence keeps on working wonders at the club, with Nuno Espirito Santo steering the ship.

Indeed, now 12 points ahead of second-place Derby County, it looks as if some important additions in the January window could just cement a Premier League position.

Although, with all the links and rumours flying around the footballing world in relation to Wolverhampton Wanderers, they've already managed to offload two player's on permanent deals with Jack Price being the first to go.

However, the most recent update was the second departure. Welshman Lee Evans yesterday was confirmed to have left the club on a permanent switch to Bramall Lane, in a deal worth £750,000.

The player had been out on loan at League One leaders Wigan Athletic so far this season, but with the midfielder having no future place at Molineux he looked to leave the club on a permanent deal.

Nevertheless, after signing for the club back in 2013. He took to his personal Twitter account (@LeeEvans94) to show his appreciation for being brought to such a big club in Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Following the midfielder's post, fans were quick to thank him for his time, and wished him the best of luck in the future.
