Sky Bet Championship side Leeds United have hit a stumbling block in their quest to sign Liverpool winger Ryan Kent this summer.
The Whites are believed to be in the market for wingers this summer as Marcelo Bielsa looks to add more firepower to his side’s attack ahead of next season, with Liverpool’s Kent a loan target for the club.
But according to reports from Goal, Leeds have failed in their approach to sign the 22-year-old on loan for the season, with Kent keen to leave Anfield on a permanent basis should he fail to be given a first-team chance by Jurgen Klopp.
It is also claimed that if Leeds do wish to sign the winger on a permanent deal this summer, then the Merseyside club will demand around £12million for his services.
After impressing on loan with Rangers last season, Steven Gerrard is reportedly keen to re-sign the Reds outcast next term, so it remains to be seen what Leeds’ next move will be.
Here, we take a look at Leeds fans’ reactions to this latest news…

there we are concentrating hopefully on making Helder Costa the top target and I’d rather Albert Adomah than Kent anyway
