Sky Bet Championship side Leeds United have hit a stumbling block in their quest to sign Liverpool winger Ryan Kent this summer.

The Whites are believed to be in the market for wingers this summer as Marcelo Bielsa looks to add more firepower to his side's attack ahead of next season, with Liverpool's Kent a loan target for the club.

But according to reports from Goal, Leeds have failed in their approach to sign the 22-year-old on loan for the season, with Kent keen to leave Anfield on a permanent basis should he fail to be given a first-team chance by Jurgen Klopp.
