West Brom extended their lead at the top of the Championship as they convincingly beat Bristol City 3-0 at Ashton Gate this afternoon.

Slaven Bilic's side gradually began to take control of the game and they were rewarded for their pressure when forward Callum Robinson opened the scoring.

Hal Robson-Kanu doubled the lead shortly after and he ensured the points were coming back to the West Midlands when he struck late on with a classy finish to make it three after Romaine Sawyers had been sent off.

The former Wales international has been an integral member of Bilic's XI this season and whilst he hasn't always scored goals, his performances are appreciated by his teammates and the fans.
