Writing in his prediction column for Sky Sports, David Prutton believes Brentford will return to winning ways this evening and pile more misery on Paul Lambert’s Wolves.

Prutton believes Brentford will bounce back from Saturday’s 1-0 defeat to Huddersfield Town and down Wolves 2-0 at Griffin Park this evening.

Despite Wolves beating Rotherham United at the weekend to briefly lift some looming relegation fears, Prutton is convinced there will be a Bees victory:

“It feels like a home win. I know Wolves are coming off a win over Rotherham, while Brentford recently lost, but it’s no disgrace losing to Huddersfield.”

Dean Smith’s side are currently 14th in the Sky Bet Championship table and are looking to break back into the top-half with a victory over struggling Wolves.

Wolves are currently 20th and sit just one-point above Blackburn Rovers, who occupy the final relegation place.

Defeat for Lambert’s side tonight would put them in further danger of relegation, especially with an upcoming fixture with the Championship’s in-form side, Fulham.
