Struggling in 19th place, Nottingham Forest need something to happen to change their fortunes.
With problems behind the scenes and many allegations about current owner Fawaz Al Hasawi, the East Midlands club will hope for better times soon.
Most importantly for the Reds, their results must improve should they maintain their status as a Championship club.
Without a clean sheet and an away win all season, Forest simply must start picking up more points with the pressure increasing week by week for current boss Philippe Montanier.
Forest make the trip to Reading on Saturday in search of their first away win of the season and Montanier needs to have something up his sleeve should they get all three points.
Some inspiration and impact off the bench could be the perfect way for Forest to do that.
Here are TWO players that Montanier must utilise as impact subs...
Hildeberto Pereira
The young Portuguese winger will be available again after missing Saturday's defeat to Cardiff City through suspension.
Pereira has quickly become a fans favourite at the club with his skill, flair, pace and passion and the 20-year-old can be a real nuisance for the opposition.
His impact off the bench in Forest's 3-1 win against Birmingham City, where he scored a stunning goal, proves he can be the man to come off the bench and change things for Forest.
Whether at right back or on the right wing, Pereira will make an impact.
Britt Assombalonga
Admittedly, when Assombalonga is back to full fitness, he should definitely be in Philippe Montanier's starting 11.
Though whilst he continues to re-gain his fitness, using him as an impact off the bench would be the perfect thing to do.
Whether fully fit or not, the 23-year-old has a knack of scoring goals and being at the right place at the right time, something Forest could do with more of, especially when they're away from home.
Assombalonga could make a significant impact coming off the bench and, like Pereira, would be a real nuisance for the opposition.
