A point is likely to be enough to keep Birmingham City in the Championship on Sunday but manager Garry Monk will know his side face a massive task when promotion-chasing Fulham come to town.

The Blues boast a two point gap over relegation rivals Barnsley and Burton Albion, with struggling Bolton Wanderers three points behind Monk's side.

A superior goal difference is likely to keep the club out of the bottom three if a point can be secured but should they remain a second tier side next season, huge changes must be made before the new year roles around in August.

Several players have been distinctly below par at St Andrew's and this pair could be the first to be given the boot when the transfer window opens for business...

The Dutchman was perhaps the standout performer in the West Midlands last season as the Blues escaped relegation on the final day, attracting attention from a host of clubs in England and abroad.

A move to Derby County looked inevitable before a last minute collapse in the deal halted proceedings, leaving the midfielder at a club it appeared he had wished to leave.

His disappointing in the failed move has certainly been reflected within his performances, with the player a shadow of the man that impressed so greatly last term.

Monk will be well aware of the 27-year-old's lapse and won't want players at the club if their hearts and minds are elsewhere and a move away seems to be the only option in the summer.

It's time the two parted ways.

A summer signing having turned down the opportunity to extend his deal with boyhood club Blackburn Rovers following their relegation to League One, Lowe joined the club with a wave of expectation upon his back.

A combative midfielder with the heart of a leader, many had held high hopes for the 26-year-old, yet things just haven't worked out at St Andrew's.

Just a handful of appearances has seen the player stagnate on the bench and his future at the club has all but been confirmed.

He will almost certainly leave this summer and shouldn't have too many problems finding a new club given his level of performance during his spell at Ewood Park.

Perhaps a return to Lancashire to Rovers would be the most suitable move for the player and familiar surroundings could be the missing ingredient to returning him to former glories.

Blues fans, who else has to go?
