Championship new boys MK Dons are set to offer a contract to ex-Bayern Munich winger Dale Jennings, according to HITC Sport.
Jennings is a free agent after departing Barnsley earlier in the summer, cutting short his contract at Oakwell a year early.
The pacey winger joined Barnsley in 2013 from the German giants but was hampered by injury during his spell in South Yorkshire.
Jennings made a surprise move to play abroad in 2011 after catching Munich’s eye with a string of fantastic displays whilst playing for Tranmere Rovers.
The skillful player featured regularly for Bayern’s youth team but failed to step up to make an appearance for the first-team.
Jennings enjoyed a successful loan spell at Stadium:MK back in November 2013, making six appearances before being recalled by Barnsley.
MK Dons boss Karl Robinson believes he knows how to get the best out of the player and could make a move to secure his services ahead of next season’s Championship campaign.
Dons fans… Would you welcome Jennings back at the club?
