Notts County face a battle to keep hold of striker Jimmy Spencer, according to Sky Sports.
Spencer has been a revelation at Meadow Lane since arriving on a free transfer from Huddersfield in February.
The 22-year-old has scored five goals in 11 appearances, including four in his last four outings to boost County’s hopes of survival in League 1.
Spencer’s current deal expires on June 1 and news of his availability on a possible free transfer has alerted a number of clubs.
Notts County are keen to tie down Spencer to a new contract, but MK Dons and Fleetwood are both keeping tabs on the forward’s situation.
