It's been a successful season at for Rafa Benitez and Newcastle United, who has successfully guided his Magpies team to promotion back to the Premier League at the first attempt.

The pressure was on the Spaniard to make sure he takes the squad back into the top flight at the first time of asking and moving forward, many Toon supporters will be looking forward to the prospect of playing in the Premier League once again.

But a big part of playing in the top flight is getting transfer business right this summer and it's absolutely essential that Benitez gets that spot on if his team are going to survive in the top flight.

And sadly, there's one man who we think has finally run his course at St James' Park and that's Serbian forward Aleksandar Mitrovic.

The former Anderlecht man has been a good servant at the club and remained loyal when many other players moved on last summer, but his struggle to get in the side would only carry forward into next season.

So with that in mind, here's TWO players Benitez should look to replace Mitrovic with this summer...

Kelechi Iheanacho

City youngster Kelechi Iheanacho really needs to get out of the Etihad and play some first-team football next season and a loan move to St James' Park would be perfect for both parties.

For Iheanacho, he'd be getting the chance to shine at one of the divisions biggest and proudest clubs whilst for City, their forward would be playing in a side that isn't likely to harm their own promotion push in the slightest.

Tammy Abraham

We saw Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham grabbing goal-after-goal for struggling Bristol City this season and whilst he has gone off the boil a little in recent weeks, he's a player that looks like he could play at the next level next season.

Quick, agile and a player with a real eye for goal, Abraham looks the business going forward.

Could he make the step up to the Premier League?

Well, he really needs to sooner rather than later if he's going to break into the Chelsea first-team anytime soon.
