Millwall host Leicester City in the third round of the Carabao Cup tomorrow evening.

The Lions will return to The Den for the third successive game in the Carabao Cup to face The Foxes, having seen off both Portsmouth and Cambridge United in the earlier rounds.

Despite their progression thus far, and the fact that the Carabao Cup is a quicker route to Wembley than the FA Cup, Gary Rowett has indicated that there may be a few changes to the starting line up.

Speaking to News at Den, Rowett stated that the Carabao Cup is not a "massive priority" to his team: “Wednesday we’ll put out a side there to try to win the game, but I don’t necessarily think that is a massive priority for us. But again, we want to try and win every game.

“What I would say is by next Saturday our squad should look a lot healthier.

Here, we have a look at how Millwall could line up to face Leicester tomorrow evening...

Continuing in the Carabao Cup, George Long should be named in goal, with Bartosz Bialkowski remaining the club's number 1 in the league.

Shaun Hutchinson and Alex Pearce could return in defence tomorrow night, with Championship game time diminishing this season, with Daniel Ballard potentially continuing after a bright start to the campaign.

Danny McNamara has returned to training this week, and he could be fit enough to make a return. He has shown excellent promise this season, with his return, or expected return being a big boost.

Conor Mahoney's versatility makes him an excellent option for Rowett to have at his disposal. Here, we have down to operate as a left wing-back, but equally, he could play more advanced, or on the other flank.

Exciting, young prospect Billy Mitchell could make another start for Millwall tonight in his favoured central midfield position, whilst Ben Thompson may also be trusted from the start.

Mason Bennett is returning to full fitness and he could start for The Lions, with Jon Dadi Bodvarsson a potential option for the right side.

Matt Smith could lead the line for The Lions after being withdrawn relatively early against Coventry City at the weekend.
