Millwall boss Neil Harris will be excited about seeing what his players can produce this season coming as they look to build on a fine 2017/18 campaign.

The Lions surprised many last year with the way they kept churning out results and in the end they were very close to getting into the play-off places.

The plan now will be to avoid second-season-syndrome in the Championship and it looks as though their chances of signing Tom Bradshaw - to help with that issue - may be about to be given a boost.

The Lions have been strongly linked with the forward and, according to HITC, he is considering handing in a transfer request at his current club Barnsley.

The Tykes were relegated last season from the Championship but Bradshaw impressed and would surely be able to perform if a move to the second tier materialised this summer.

Indeed, if he hands in a request that might just be a step closer.

The Verdict

Bradshaw would be a good signing without doubt for the Lions.

He works hard for the cause and would add an injection of fresh ideas to the front line at the club.

With this report in mind, too, the Lions should feel confident that they've got a significant chance to bring him in.
