Millwall host Bristol City at the Den this evening hoping to end their five-game wait for a win in all competitions.

The Lions have now drawn four on the bounce and six of their nine Championship games this term as familiar issues have plagued them in the first few months of 2021/22 – leaving them 19th as things stand.

City, on the other hand, have shown real signs of progress at the start of Nigel Pearson's first full season in charge at Ashton Gate and are just three points back from the play-offs in ninth.

Assistant manager Curtis Fleming will be on the touchline for the Robins this evening in the absence of Pearson and he'll be hoping to see his side's fortune in the nation's capital continue after they picked up all three points away at QPR earlier this month.

City were hammered 4-1 by Millwall the last time these two met back in May and will fancy some revenge, while Gary Rowett's team will be desperate to end their wait for a victory.

With both teams likely viewing this as an opportunity to get back to winning ways, we should be in for an entertaining evening.

With that in mind, here's everything you need to know ahead of the game...
