Championship club Millwall could be willing to let goalkeeper Tom King leave in January, according to a report in the Sun on Sunday (Print, 31st December 2017).

The 22-year-old is struggling for game time at the Den and could be set to make a move away in the January transfer window, as the young stopper seeks some game time.

The report claims that League Two newcomers Forest Green are keen on signing the stopper, and a move for the ‘keeper could well be done in the winter window as Millwall will not stand in the way of King should he decide a short term move is best for his career.

Millwall have been making a good fist of things in the Championship this season following their promotion from League One last term, and sit well above the relegation zone after putting in some impressive and dogged performances.

King would no doubt be the number one at Forest Green, meaning an ideal situation for both King and Millwall.
