Millwall secure latest transfer deal from Championship side

According to London News Online, Millwall have signed young defender Harry Toffolo from Norwich City on a free transfer.

The Premier League has been working very hard recently, so we don’t mind that it’s going to put its feet up this weekend and have a little rest. When it triumphantly returns on Tuesday, we’ve got a very tempting outright win Accy for you to consider, which benefits from LeoVegas enhanced odds. For the more adventurous bettors, we’ve also put together Championship fourfold that will pay incredibly long odds—check it out and let us know what you think of our coupon proposals!

The Lions have had a good season so far and are looking more than capable of getting themselves safe sooner rather than later in the Championship.

Neil Harris and his staff have been professional for the whole campaign – as have his players – and he’ll surely be looking for Toffolo to add to that culture.

Certainly, the player will be hungry to prove himself at this level.

Loan spells with the likes of Doncaster Rovers seemed to take up much of his time with Norwich and with his contract up in the summer, he has moved to The Den now on a free instead of sitting around.

A young player, there is still room for Toffolo to improve and if he can do so he could become a decent Championship player for the London club.

It’s a pretty low-risk deal, too, with him not costing any money and so it’ll be interesting to see how he fares with his new side.

The Verdict

Millwall have done a good job so far this season and their signings have reflected that.

Toffolo has the potential to add to the squad and so that is what Neil Harris will be looking for from the full-back.
