Millwall manager Neil Harris has said that he has bids in for two attacking players at the moment, and he is waiting on a response from those offers.
In a report for the South London Press and Mercury, the Lions manager confirmed that bids are in place, fuelling speculation that the club could be set to land Barnsley striker Tom Bradshaw, with whom the club have been linked with during the summer.
Harris was speaking after seeing his side run out 2-0 winners in a pre season friendly against Cambridge, and the former Lions striker turned manager will no doubt be keen to see his squad strengthened in the coming weeks as he prepares his team for another run at the Championship playoffs.
The Millwall gaffer refused to divulge into any names, but did admit that he needs to strengthen in attacking areas, and that he needed 'more end product in the penalty area' for next season.
Millwall have relied on the goals of the likes of Lee Gregory and Steve Morison for the last few seasons, but the addition of someone like Bradshaw will be a welcome one, with the club looking to show that their excellent run last season was not a one off.
Lions fans, what do you make of Harris' comments? Is Bradshaw the one you want to see signed? Let us know in the comments!
